摘要
目的基于ISBAR标准化沟通模式构建介入手术患者转运交接单。方法采用文献分析法、半结构式访谈法和德尔菲专家咨询法构建介入手术患者ISBAR转运交接单。将2022年9月-11月在陕西省某三甲医院200例行介入手术患者按照入院时间分为对照组和试验组,每组各100例,试验组实施ISBAR转运交接,比较两组患者交接缺陷事件发生率、转运不良事件发生率、转运交接单书写质量以及护士交接班工作满意度、患者(家属)满意度。采用SPSS 24.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果试验组交接缺陷事件发生率(7.4%)、转运不良事件发生率(0.2%)显著低于对照组(P<0.05),转运交接单书写合格率高于对照组(P<0.05),护士交接班工作满意度、患者(家属)满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论介入手术患者ISBAR转运交接单具有较强的科学性和实用性,能够降低转运交接相关缺陷事件及不良事件发生率,保证患者安全。
Objective Based on the standardized communication mode of ISBAR,the handover slip for patients undergoing interventional surgery was constructed.Methods The literature analysis,semi-structured interview and Delphi expert consultation method was used to construct ISBAR handover slip.From September 2022 to November 2022,200 patients undergoing interventional surgery in a tertiary hospital in Shaanxi Province were divided into experimental group and control group according to the admission time,with 100 patients in each group.The experimental group implemented ISBAR communication mode for handover.The incidence of handover defect events,the incidence of adverse transport events,the quality of handover sheet writing,the satisfaction of nurses and patients(family members)with shift handover were compared between the two groups.SPSS 24.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data.Results The incidence of handover defect event(7.4%)and adverse transport event(0.2%)in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),the passing rate of transport handover sheet writing was higher than that in control group(P<0.05),the satisfaction of nurses'shift work and the satisfaction scores of patients(family members)were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The ISBAR handover slip for patients undergoing interventional surgery is highly scientific and practical,which can reduce the incidence of defects and adverse events related to transfer and handover,and ensure patient safety.
