摘要
文章针对金星钛白的几次技改,从理论上分析水解过程对水解质量的影响,并找出水解操作影响水解质量的主要因素,结合金星钛白生产中水解工艺的优化具体分析后得出结论:在外加晶种加压水解、微加压水解、常压水解几种方式中,采用外加晶种微压水解方式可达到产品质量指标要求,并引入DCS自控系统,产品质量更好。
The article analyzes the impact of hydrolysis process on hydrolysis quality from a theoretical perspective,and identifies the main factors that affect hydrolysis quality.Based on the optimization of hydrolysis process in the production of Venus titanium dioxide,the article concludes that among the several methods of external crystal seed pressure hydrolysis,micro pressure hydrolysis,and atmospheric pressure hydrolysis,the external crystal seed micro pressure hydrolysis method can meet the requirements of product quality indicators,and introduce a DCS automatic control system,resulting in better product quality.
