基于数理统计的高原钢轨气压焊工艺参数和温度关系

摘要 钢轨焊接质量影响着铁路行车的安全性,针对气压焊来说,焊接质量的优劣和焊接顶锻量、温度场、顶锻速度密切相关,焊接温度场能够保证接头的质量。文章使用数理统计知识,利用气压焊工艺参数和温度的图像寻找两者的关系,保证高速无缝线路的质量,使钢轨焊接技术和装备水平得到提高,改进气压焊焊接工艺,降低焊接成本,从而能够选出最佳工艺。 The quality of rail welding is closely related to the safety of railway operation.For pneumatic welding,the quality of welding is closely related to the welding temperaturefield,upset amount,and upset speed.The welding temperaturefield can ensure the quality of the joint.Therefore,this paper uses the knowledge of mathematical statistics and the image of gas pressure welding process parameters and temperature to find the relationship between them,to ensure the quality of high-speed jointless track,to improve the rail welding technology and equipment level,to reduce the welding cost,to improve the gas pressure welding process,so as to select the best process.
