摘要 微型燃气轮机具有重量轻、适用燃料广、清洁、运行成本低等优点,适合于分布式能源供应系统。分布式能源系统通常多台微型燃机联合运行,且无差异化分配负荷,较少关注燃机能耗特性,故能源利用率较低。因此,主要聚焦微型燃气轮机的气耗特性展开研究,基于参数辨识建立微型燃机气耗模型;并对微型燃机进行加减载试验,测试机组在不同负荷点、不同运行时长下机组的有功功率、无功功率、气耗量、压气机入口温度、燃机第三级叶片入口温度等关键参数的变化情况,辨识得到模型参数。气耗特性的建立对于指导微型燃气轮机的运行和负荷分配具有重要意义,将减少分布式能源系统的气耗,提升系统经济性。 Micro gas turbines have the advantages of light weight,wide applicability of fuels,cleanliness,and low operating costs.Micro gas turbines are suitable for distributed energy supply systems.In distributed energy systems,multiple micro gas turbines are usually operated together at the same load,and less attention is paid to the energy consumption characteristics of gas turbines,resulting in lower energy utilization rates.Therefore,this article mainly focuses on the gas characteristics of micro gas turbines,establishes a gas consumption model for micro gas turbines based on parameter identification,and conducts load and unload tests on micro gas turbines to test the changes in key parameters such as active power,reactive power,gas consumption of the unit,and inlet temperatures of compressor and gas turbine third stage blade at different load points and operating hours,and identifies the model parameters.The establishment of gas consumption characteristics is of great significance for guiding the operation and load distribution of micro gas turbines,which will reduce gas consumption in distributed energy systems and improve system economy.
