摘要
目的 探究天麻钩藤汤加减治疗对原发性高血压患者血压水平与中医症状积分的影响。方法 选取杭州市拱墅区天水武林街道社区卫生服务中心收治的62例原发性高血压患者,以随机数字表法为依据,将31例患者纳为对照组接受常规治疗,将31例患者纳为研究组接受天麻钩藤汤加减治疗。观察患者的血压水平、血脂水平与中医症状积分变化,对比2组患者的血液流变学指标与治疗效果。结果 研究组治疗后舒张压(diastolic blood pressure,DBP)与收缩压(systolic blood pressure,SBP)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)与总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后头痛、眩晕与胸闷中医症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的血浆黏度(plasma viscosity,PV)与全血高切黏度(blood viscosity high,BVH)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对原发性高血压患者采用天麻钩藤汤实施加减治疗,有利于提升患者血压与血脂水平的控制效果,改善患者的临床症状,为患者提供更加理想的临床治疗效果。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tianma Gouteng Decoction on blood pressure and TCM symptom score in patients with essential hypertension.Methods 62 patients with essential hypertension in our hospital were selected.Based on the random number table method,31 patients were included in the control group to receive routine treatment,and 31 patients were included in the control group to receive Tianma Gouteng Decoction.Observe the changes of blood pressure level,blood lipid level and TCM symptom score,and compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results the levels of DBP and SBP in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TG and TC in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores of headache,dizziness and chest tightness in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The PV and BVH levels in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tianma Gouteng Decoction can improve the control effect of blood pressure and blood lipid level,improve the clinical symptoms and provide more ideal clinical treatment effect for patients with essential hypertension.
