摘要
目的:观察中药及穴位贴敷联合常规西医治疗在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年8月—2022年8月北京市隆福医院收治的82例COPD患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组应用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用中药及穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组临床疗效、肺功能及生活质量。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.048);两组第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、呼气流量峰值均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,圣乔治呼吸问卷评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药及穴位贴敷联合常规西医治疗在COPD患者中的应用效果显著,可改善肺功能,提高生活质量。
Objective:To observe the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine and acupoint application combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients.Methods:A total of 82 COPD patients admitted to Beijing Longfu Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group using a random number table method,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and acupoint application on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.048).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in 1 s,forced vital capacity,and peak expiratory flow in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group;The St.George's respiratory questionnaire score in two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and acupoint application combined with conventional western medicine has a significant application effect on COPD,which can improve lung function and improve the quality of life.
