摘要
目的:分析葡萄糖酸锌口服溶液联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2022年8月泰安市妇幼保健院收治的腹泻患儿122例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各61例。对照组单用蒙脱石散治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用葡萄糖酸锌口服溶液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组体温恢复、呕吐消退、大便次数恢复、大便性状恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、自然杀伤细胞、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组(P<0.001);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:葡萄糖酸锌口服溶液联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻效果显著,可缩短患儿临床症状消退时间,降低炎性因子水平,提高免疫功能,且不会增加不良反应发生率。
Objective:To analyze the effect of zinc gluconate oral solution combined with montmorillonite powder in treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods:A total of 122 children with diarrhea admitted to Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from April 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder alone and the observation group was treated with zinc gluconate oral solution on the basis of control group.Therapeutic effects were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The time of body temperature recovery,vomiting disappearance,stool frequency recovery and stool quality recovery in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-αand C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),natural killer cells and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zinc gluconate oral solution combined with montmorillonite powder has a significant effect in treatment of infantile diarrhea,which can shorten the time of clinical symptom disappearance,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,improve immune function,and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
