摘要
目的探究基于全生命周期健康管理的知信行护理干预防治女性围绝经期综合征的有效性。方法选择2019年10月至2021年12月在我院妇科门诊接受治疗的123例围绝经期综合征患者为研究对象,按照随机抽签法将其分为对照组(62例,常规护理)和观察组(61例,基于全生命周期健康管理的知信行护理干预)。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的运动锻炼、认知症状管理、与医师沟通评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的绝经期生存质量量表(MENQOL)各维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的雌二醇、催乳素、5-羟色胺水平高于对照组,促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于全生命周期健康管理的知信行护理干预防治女性围绝经期综合征的效果显著,可改善患者的生存质量,调节激素水平。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of knowledge-attitude-practice nursing intervention based on whole life cycle health management in the prevention and treatment of female perimenopausal syndrome.Methods A total of 123 patients with perimenopausal syndrome who were treated in the gynecology department clinic of our hospital from October 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random lottery method,the patients were divided into control group(62 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(61 cases,knowledge-attitude-practice nursing intervention based on whole life cycle health management).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of exercise,cognitive symptom management and communication with doctors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Menopause-Specific Quality of Life(MENQOL)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of estradiol,prolactin and 5-hydroxytryptamine in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The knowledge-attitude-practice nursing intervention based on whole life cycle health management has a significant effect on the prevention and treatment of female perimenopausal syndrome,which can improve the quality of life of patients and regulate hormone levels.
