以提升机组电压稳定性为目标的风电场无功电压协调控制

摘要 目前风电场多采用自动电压控制系统来调整并网点电压。由于控制策略未充分考虑机组电压稳定性以及站内多种无功资源协调配合等情况,因此未能有效解决机组稳态和暂态电压越限问题。针对上述问题,提出一种以提升机组电压稳定性为目标的风电场无功电压协调控制方法。该方法通过优化机组的无功电压控制策略,从而保障机组机端电压在正常范围内,避免机组重复进出电压过渡模式,同时优化各无功补偿装置协调控制策略,降低机端暂态过电压水平。以实际含有双馈机组、动态无功补偿装置和分布式调相机的大型风电场为例,在ADPSS平台上验证了所提控制方法的有效性。 Automatic Voltage Control(AVC)system is widely used in wind farms to adjust the voltage at the grid connection point.The control strategy does not fully consider the unit voltage stability of the unit,as well as the coordination and cooperation of multiple reactive power resources within the station,so the problem of the steady⁃state and transient voltage exceeding limits has not been effectively solved.This paper proposes a coordinated control method of reactive power and voltage for wind farm to improve the voltage stability of the unit.This method optimizes the reactive power and voltage control strategy of wind turbine,so as to ensure that the terminal voltage of the unit is within the normal range and avoid repeated entry and exit voltage crossing mode of the unit.At the same time,the coordinated control strategy of various reactive power compensation devices is optimized to reduce the transient over⁃voltage level at the generator terminal.An example of a large wind farm with DFIG,SVG and distributed condensers is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control method on the ADPSS platform.
