摘要
面对海量需求侧资源难以调控问题,通过多层级架构对灵活性负荷的动态调控是建立新型电力负荷管理系统的新方向。为了实现多层区主体间的互联互通和灵活互动,依据“横向动态协作-纵向信息处理”的研究思想,对多层级架构进行改进升级,提出多区域平衡自治管理、需求侧负荷可调节潜力分析、多层区主体分布式共识等面向新型电力负荷管理的多层级动态调控方案及关键技术,并分析了当前面临的机遇与挑战,以期在未来发展中实现技术落地,助力新型电力负荷管理系统发展建设。
Facing the problem that massive demand side resources are difficult to control,the dynamic control of flexible load through multi⁃level architecture is a new direction for establishing a new power load management system.In order to realize the interconnection and flexible interaction among multi⁃layer entities,this paper improves and upgrades the multi⁃layer structure according to the researching concept of"horizontal dynamic cooperation⁃vertical information processing",puts forward ideas such as multi⁃area balanced autonomous management,demand side load adjustable potential analysis,and multi-layer entity distributed consensus.This paper also proposes the multi⁃layer dynamic regulation scheme and key technologies for new power load management,and analyzes the facing opportunities and challenges,in order to realize the implementation of technology in the future development,and assist the development and construction of new power load management systems.
