摘要
目的比较滤膜溶解涂片法和自然沉降法在测定煤矿粉尘分散度中的差异性。方法选择5处有代表性的作业场所,用滤膜溶解涂片法和自然沉降法进行测定,采用SPSS 26.0软件进行统计分析。结果2μm以下的煤尘分散度,滤膜溶解涂片法测得的结果(x=28.16%)均高于自然沉降法测得的结果(x=24.58%),其中井底回风大巷采样点煤尘颗粒分散度最高43.9%,煤场采样点煤尘颗粒分散度最低9.6%,两种检测方法结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2~5μm煤尘分散度,滤膜溶解涂片法测得的结果(x=39.39%)均高于自然沉降法测得的结果(x=34.15%)。其中采面回风巷作业点2~5μm煤尘颗粒分散度最高54.1%,井底回风大巷最低26.5%,两种检测方法结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);5~10μm煤尘分散度,自然沉降法测得的结果(x=26.26%)均高于滤膜溶解涂片法测得的结果(x=22.96%)。其中煤场作业点5~10μm煤尘颗粒分散度最高48.0%,采面回风煤尘颗粒分散度最低16.7%,两种检测方法结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);10μm以上煤尘分散度,自然沉降法测得的结果(x=15.43%)均高于滤膜溶解涂片法测得的结果(x=9.9%)。其中综采面作业点10μm以上煤尘颗粒分散度最高37.8%,井底回风大巷最低6.8%,两种检测方法结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滤膜溶解图涂片法和自然沉降法在测量煤尘分散度中存在差异,采用自然沉降法测定分散度更适用。
Objective To compare the difference between filter membrane dissolution smear method and natural sedimentation method in determining the dispersion of coal mine dust.Methods Five representative workplaces were selected for measurement using filter membrane dissolution smear method and natural sedimentation method,and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0 software.Results The dispersion of coal dust particles below 2μm from the result based on the filter membrane dissolution smear method(x=28.16%)was higher than that based on the natural sedimentation method(x=24.58%),with the maximum dispersion of 43.9%in the coal mine bottom return air alley being and the minimum dispersion of 9.6%in the coal yard.There was a significant difference in the results of the two detection methods(P<0.05).The dispersion of coal dust particles with 2-5μm from the result based on the filter membrane dissolution smear method(x=39.39%)was higher than that based on the natural sedimentation method(x=34.15%),with the maximum dispersion of 54.1%in coal face return air roadway and the minimum dispersion of 26.5%in the coal mine bottom return air alley.There was a significant difference in the results of the two detection methods(P<0.05).The dispersion of coal dust particles with 5-10μm from the result based on the natural sedimentation method(x=26.26%)was higher than that based on the filter membrane dissolution smear method(x=22.96%),with the maximum dispersion of 48.0%in the coal yard and the minimum dispersion of 16.7%in coal face return air roadway.There was a significant difference in the results of the two detection methods(P<0.05).The dispersion of coal dust particles above 10μm from the result based on the natural sedimentation method(x=15.43%)was higher than that based on the filter membrane dissolution smear method(x=9.9%),with the maximum dispersion of 37.8%in fully mechanized coal face and the minimum dispersion of 6.8%in the coal mine bottom return air alley.There was a significant difference in the results of th
