摘要
潦河水生态综合治理工程以“水安全”“水景观”“水生态”为目标,通过河道疏浚、堤岸防护、拦蓄建筑物、生态湿地等工程措施,并结合“河长制”加强河道管理等非工程措施,实现潦河治理整体化、两岸景观化、护岸生态化的最终目标,恢复河道的自然生命,达到水清、岸绿、面洁、流畅的河道自然风貌。文章结合潦河生态治理工程范围及总体布置,对新建2座拦河坝工程设计方案以及结合两岸堤防实际设置18座排水涵等进行详实说明。
The Liaohe River ecological comprehensive management project aims to achieve the ultimate goal of“water safety”,“water landscape”,and“water ecology”.Through engineering measures such as river dredging,embankment protection,storage buildings,ecological wetlands,and combined with non engineering measures such as strengthening river management under the“river head system”,the Liaohe River ecological comprehensive management project aims to achieve the overall management of the Liaohe River,the landscape of both banks,and the ecological protection of the bank.The ultimate goal is to restore the natural life of the river and achieve a clear,green,clean,and smooth river natural landscape.This article combines the scope and overall arrangement of the Liao River ecological management project to provide detailed explanations of the design proposals for two new interception dams and the installation of 18 drainage culverts based on the actual conditions of the embankments on both sides of the river.
