摘要
若地铁施工支护结构稳定性系数过低,会降低地铁施工的稳定性差。为此,针对支护结构稳定性监测与结构加固技术展开研究。针对济南地铁四号线唐冶南站施工项目,从水平位移、倾斜角度和沉降位移3个方面,对地铁施工中支护结构稳定性展开监测。通过排桩加内支撑支护体系设计、钻孔灌注桩施工、钢筋笼制作与安装,实现结构加固。通过对加固效果分析可知,新技术的应用可以有效提高支护结构稳定性系数,提升地铁施工项目结构的整体稳定性。
If the stability coefficient of subway construction support structure is too low,it will reduce the poor stability of subway construction.Therefore,research is being conducted on the stability monitoring and structural reinforcement technology of support structures.For the construction project of Tangye South Station on Jinan Metro Line 4,the stability of the support structure during subway construction is monitored from three aspects:horizontal displacement,tilt angle,and settlement displacement.Structural reinforcement is achieved through the design of a row of piles and internal support system,the construction of bored piles,and the production and installation of steel reinforcement cages.Through the analysis of the reinforcement effect,it can be seen that the application of new technologies can effectively improve the stability coefficient of the support structure and enhance the overall stability of the subway construction project structure.
