摘要
针对国内丙烯腈装置存在的运行周期短的问题,分析了影响长周期运行的关键因素,提出相应的对策并应用于生产实践之中,取得了显著的效果,对于指导同类型装置长周期运行有着积极的推广和应用价值。
In view of the problem of short running period in domestic acrylonitrile unit,this paper analyzes the key factors affecting long running period of the unit,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and applies them to the production practice,and obtains remarkable results,it is worth popularizing and applying to guide the long period operation of the same type of equipment.
