摘要
目的:探讨优质护理配合应用在腹腔镜宫外孕微创手术患者护理中的效果。方法:经医学伦理委员会的批准,本项研究将从2019年1月至2022年2月进入本院治疗的患者中,搜集出68例实施腹腔镜微创手术治疗的宫外孕患者作为主要观察对象。基于随机数字表分组原则,对其进行平均分组,即对照组34例和观察组34例,并分别实施常规术中护理措施和优质术中护理措施。观察两组患者麻醉苏醒时间,统计一次性手术痊愈例数和手术配合优秀例数,且评估患者对护理工作的满意程度与生活质量状况,对比分析护理配合应用效果。结果:观察组麻醉苏醒时间早,一次性手术痊愈率和手术配合优秀率高(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度和生活质量评分都高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理配合可以显著提高腹腔镜宫外孕微创手术患者一次性手术痊愈率,促使患者尽早麻醉苏醒,确保患者积极配合手术操作,提高生活质量,让患者更满意护理服务,优势较多,可推广至护理界。
Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality nursing in the nursing of patients with minimally invasive surgery for laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy.Methods:Approved by the Medical Ethics Committee,this study will collect 68 patients with ectopic pregnancy who underwent laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery from the patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to February 2022 as the main observation object.Based on the principle of random number table grouping,they were divided into average groups,namely,34 cases in the control group and 34 cases in the observation group,and were implemented with routine intraoperative nursing measures and high-quality intraoperative nursing measures respectively.The recovery time from anesthesia of the two groups of patients was observed,the number of cured cases and the number of excellent cases of surgical cooperation were counted,and the patients'satisfaction with nursing work and quality of life were evaluated,and the effect of nursing cooperation was compared and analyzed.Results:The anesthesia recovery time of the observation group was earlier,the recovery rate of one-time operation and the excellent rate of operation cooperation were high(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing cooperation can significantly improve the one-time recovery rate of patients undergoing laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy minimally invasive surgery,prompt patients to wake up from anesthesia as soon as possible,ensure that patients actively cooperate with surgical operations,improve their quality of life,and make patients more satisfied with nursing services.Promote to the nursing profession.
