摘要
为了更好地提升基层医疗质量,下沉优质医疗资源,东台卫健委统筹指导,2016年搭建了远程影像诊断平台,统一选聘读片专家,统一工作流程,进行影像远程诊断、报告审核、疑难病例会诊等工作;在此基础上,2022年强化区域内放射影像质控中心建设,加强质量管理控制考评、注重基层工作人员指导培训,制订统一质控标准,发挥县市级三级综合性医院龙头作用。本县市级区域性影像质控的建设实现了资源的共建共享,减轻了县域医共体运行成本,提升了医疗服务带动能力,为其他县市级区域医共体的改革发展提供了经验。
In order to better improve the quality of primary medical care and sinking high-quality medical resources,the Dongtai Health and Health Commission,under the overall guidance,built a remote image diagnosis platform in 2016,unified the selection of film reading experts,unified work flow,remote image diagnosis,report review,consultation of difficult cases and other work;On this basis,in 2022,we will strengthen the construction of radiological image quality control centers in the region,strengthen quality management and control evaluation,pay attention to the guidance and training of grass-roots staff,formulate unified quality control standards,and play a leading role in county-level general hospitals.The construction of regional image quality control in the county and city has realized the co-construction and sharing of resources,reduced the operating cost of the county and city medical community,improved the medical service driving ability,and provided experience for the reform and development of other county and city regional medical communities.
