摘要
U形颈部按摩器具有曲面分型、厚壁大尺寸、双向侧抽等特点,通过对其结构进行工艺性分析,设计了一种一模一腔双侧浇口注塑模,并通过斜导柱滑块侧抽机构实现了模具的侧向分型与抽芯。利用Moldflow软件对塑件的充模过程进行了有限元模拟,验证了所设计的浇注系统可以满足对塑件成型质量和成型效率的要求,也为同类零件的模具设计提供参考。
U-shaped neck massage has the characteristics of curved parting surface,thick wall and large size,and two-direction side pulling,et al.Through the process analysis of its structure,a one-mold one-cavity injection mold with two-side gate was designed.The lateral parting and core pulling of the mold were realized by the side pulling mechanism of the slide block with inclined guide column.Finite element simulations of mold filling and cooling process are carried out by using Moldflow analysis software.The simulation results show that the designed gating system and cooling system can meet the requirements of molding quality and efficiency of plastic parts.The correct application of Moldflow analysis software in the process of plastic mold design can effectively reduce the cost and cycle of mold design,and also provide a reliable reference for the mold design of similar parts.
