Sin-QuEChERS Nano与QuEChERS技术测定韭菜中40种农药残留的适用性研究

摘要 目的:建立分析40种农药残留量的气相色谱串联三重四极杆质谱的高通量仪器分析方法,对比Sin-QuEChERS Nano与QuEChERS两种前处理技术的分析结果,探究适用韭菜农药残留分析的方法学。方法:以各自的线性、回收率和重现性作为评定指标,考察其准确度与精密度。结果:40种农药在0.01~0.50μg·mL^(-1)线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.995。在0.20 mg·kg^(-1)的加标水平下,40种农药的平均回收率为69.1%~103.2%,平均相对标准偏差均小于10%。结论:采用Sin-QuEChERS Nano前处理技术处理韭菜,不仅操作快速、简单,且线性关系、准确度和精密度均较高。 Objective:To establish a high-throughput instrumental method for the analysis of 40 pesticide residues by gas chromatography-tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry,compare the analysis results of Sin-QuEChERS Nano and QuEChERS pretreatment techniques,and explore the suitable methodology for the analysis of pesticide residues in leek.Method:Linearity,recovery rate and reproducibility were used as evaluation indexes to investigate their accuracy and precision.Result:The concentration of 40 pesticides in the range of 0.01~0.50μg·mL^(-1) had good linear relationship,and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.995.At 0.20 mg·kg^(-1),the average recovery ranges from 69.1%to 103.2%,and the relative standard deviation is less than 10%.Conclusion:The Sin-QuEChERS Nano pretreatment technique is not only quick and simple,but also has high linearity,accuracy and precision.
