摘要
目的探讨上颌窦假性囊肿摘除术对上颌窦底提升植骨和牙种植术的影响。方法选择24例病理结果诊断为上颌窦假性囊肿的患者。所有患者均在假性囊肿摘除的同时行外侧壁开窗上颌窦底提升术,共计植入种植体34颗,所有患者均已完成种植修复。回顾性分析从囊肿摘除至最后一次随访的治疗经过,观察记录种植体存留率、种植体周围骨量变化和假性囊肿残留情况。结果所有种植体术后随访6~24个月,平均随访(16.0±7.1)个月,骨结合良好,骨量稳定,无种植体脱落,23例假性囊肿消失,1例仅残留小部分囊壁。结论上颌窦假性囊肿摘除术同时行外侧壁开窗上颌窦底提升及牙种植术临床可行,且短期临床效果满意。
Objective To investigate the effect of maxillary sinus pseudocyst excision with simultaneous lateral window sinus floor elevation and dental implantation.Methods Twenty-four patients with maxillary sinus pseudocyst were included.All patients underwent lateral wall fenestration and maxillary sinus floor lifting at the time of pseudocyst removal,and a total of 34 implants were implanted,and all patients had completed implant repair and followed up for 6-24 months.The clinical effect was analyzed and evaluated.Results There was no implant loss and the pseudocyst disappeared in 23 cases,and only a small part of cyst wall remained in one case.Conclusions Maxillary sinus pseudocyst excision combined with lateral window sinus floor elevation and dental implantation is clinically feasible and the short-term clinical results are satisfactory.
