混合砂夹层防治热拌沥青路面反射裂缝的研究

摘要 为研究热拌沥青中铺加混合砂夹层对控制路面反射裂缝的影响并评估夹层系统控制反射裂缝的性能,建立了一种典型的混凝土路面覆盖层的三维有限元模型。首先,在有限元模型中引入线性黏弹性模型和双线性黏聚带模型,以表征HMA覆盖层和混合砂夹层的黏结和断裂行为。其次,用使HMA覆盖层出现宏观反射裂缝的极限荷载来量化HMA覆盖层的抗反射开裂能力。研究发现,由于混合砂具有较高的断裂韧性,混合砂夹层使HMA覆盖层的抗反射开裂能力提高了1.17~2.45倍。在HMA覆盖层的早期使用过程中,其性能优势更显著。随着基础层弹性模量的降低,反射裂缝会逐渐发展,但是,此时混合砂夹层对反射裂缝仍有明显的抑制作用。 To study the effect of adding mixed sand interlayer in hot mix asphalt on controlling pavement reflection cracks and evaluate the performance of interlayer system in controlling reflection cracks,a typical thre e-dimensional finite element model of concrete pavement overlay is established.It firstly introduces a linear viscoelastic model and a bilinear cohesive zone model into the finite element model to characterize the bonding and fracture behavior of the HMA overlay and mixed sand interlayer.Secondly,the ultimate load that causes macroscopic reflection cracks in the HMA covering layer is used to quantify the anti reflection cracking ability of the HMA covering layer.It is found that the interlayer of mixed sand increases the anti reflection cracking ability of HMA coating by 1.17~2.45 times due to the high fracture toughness of mixed sand.In the early use of HMA overlay,its advantages are more significant.As the elastic modulus of the foundation layer decreases,reflection cracks will gradually develop,but the mixed sand interlayer still has a significant inhibitory effect on reflection cracks at this time.
