摘要
新文科注重培养适应新时代要求的实践性和创新性人才。文中首先分析了新文科对物流管理专业实践教学的新要求,即实践教学新理念、知识体系的跨界融合、教学模式的共融互通以及德育教育与创新能力的培养;接着归纳了物流管理专业传统实践教学存在的问题,并从构建学科交叉融合的实践教学内容体系、构建以能力培养为目标的实践教学平台和构建“四位一体”的实践教学模式三个角度探讨了物流管理专业实践教学改革方案,并提出了保障措施。研究为新文科专业实践教学创新提供了一种新思路。
The new liberal arts focuses on cultivating practical and innovative talents to meet the requirements of the new era.The paper first analyzes the new requirements of the new liberal arts for the practical teaching of logistics management major,that is,the cross-border integration of knowledge system,the integration of teaching models,and the cultivation of moral education and innovation ability;and then deeply summarizes the problems existing in the traditional practical teaching of logistics management.On this basis,this paper discusses the reform plan of practice teaching of logistics management major from three perspectives:building constructing the interdisciplinary practice teaching content system,building a practical teaching platform with the goal of ability cultivation and building the“four-in-one”practice teaching mode,and proposes some safeguard measures.This research provides a new idea for the practical teaching of new liberal arts professionals.
