摘要
近年来,随着经济技术发展以及国家战略、政策的推进,全国各地智慧城市与智慧物流的发展均有长足进步。为探索智慧物流赋能智慧城市的路径,文中主要从智慧物流的角度出发,抽取一定指标分别建立智慧物流与智慧城市的指标体系。基于熵权法以及耦合协调度分析,讨论智慧物流对智慧城市建设的影响,分析河南省各城市二者间发展水平与相互关系,并对关键指标做出解释,以期为提高城市智慧物流、智慧城市水平提出合理建议。研究发现:河南省不同城市的智慧物流水平以及总体耦合协调度差异较大,地区发展存在失衡现象。基于研究结论提出以下建议:加强河南省智慧物流基础设施建设;建立河南省智慧物流与智慧城市协同发展平台;推进智慧物流技术引入智慧城市建设。
In recent years,with the development of economic technology and the promotion of national strategies and policies,the development of smart cities and smart logistics all over the country has made great progress.In order to explore the path of smart logistics empowering smart cities,this paper mainly established the index system of smart logistics and smart cities from the perspective of smart logistics and extracts certain indicators respectively.Based on entropy method and coupling degree analysis,the impact of smart logistics on the construction of smart cities is discussed.Meanwhile,the level of development and mutual relationship between smart logistics and smart cities in each city are analyzed,and the key indicators are analyzed and explained,in order to put forward reasonable suggestions for improving the level of smart logistics and smart cities in cities.This study found that:the level of smart logistics and the overall degree of coupling degree of different cities in Henan Province vary greatly,and there is an imbalance in regional development.Based on the research conclusion,the following suggestions are put forward:Strengthen the construction of smart logistics infrastructure in Henan Province;Establish a collaborative development platform for smart logistics and smart cities in Henan Province;Promote the introduction of smart logistics technology into the construction of smart cities.
