新文科背景下法律英语教学理念更新与体系构建

摘要 新文科建设要求打破学科专业壁垒,推动文科专业深度融合,对法律英语教学改革提出了新要求。法律英语教学改革应坚持贯彻突出学生主体、强调“整体育人”的教学理念,探索学生参与甚至主导课堂的多元途径,并将语言能力和专业能力糅合进同一课堂,培养法科学生的涉外法律事务处理能力。法律英语课程具有明显的跨专业培养特征,因此,摸准学生在专业培养与语言能力训练上的复杂需求,打造双师课堂,细分教学场景,贯彻任务式、角色化教学方法,采用针对性的教学设计实现整体育人。优化管理机构,理顺管理机制,形成“线上课程+演讲中心+学生社团”的师资和学生一体化互动的管理体制。 The construction of New Liberal Arts demands a smashing down of the walls of different disciplines,so as to achieve a thorough integration.This demand prompts multidimensional reform in legal English teaching.A new mode is designed to cultivate talents for foreign legal affairs in this wave of reformation.Firstly,we put emphasis on “student-centered” theory and focus on “Wholistic Education”,which means to enhance both language competence and legal professional ability in a student-centered classroom.To achieve this,this team is built up with teachers from different disciplinary background:from language department and from law school.The course is designed in three levels for students of different needs,including basic level,intermediate level,and higher level.The optimized mode can be more efficient in cultivating students with higher cultural awareness and advanced professional skills.
