新型圆螺母锁紧楔块防松结构的设计和应用研究

摘要 圆螺母防松是目前比较常用且非常可靠的一种防松方式,在长期使用过程中被挤压变形,造成防转片扭断导致防松失效,如何使防松效果更加可靠,故障率更低,通过一系列不断试验和研究,设计了一套圆螺母锁紧楔块防松结构,其结构简单,容易实现,且易操作,防松效果极佳,成功地解决了该项问题,避免了圆螺母松动问题的发生,获得了客户的认可,取得了良好的经济效应,本文主要围绕圆螺母楔块防松结构的设计和应用进行研究。 Circular nut anti loosening is a commonly used and very reliable anti loosening method.It is deformed during long-term use,causing the anti rotation plate to break and cause anti loosening failure.How to make the anti loosening effect more reliable and lower the failure rate?Through a series of continuous experiments and research,a set of circular nut locking wedge anti loosening structure has been designed,which is simple,easy to implement,easy to operate,and has excellent anti loosening effect,and successfully solved the problem,avoided the occurrence of loose round nuts,gained customer recognition,and achieved good economic effects.This article mainly focuses on the design and application of wedge block anti-loosening structure for round nuts.
