m^(6)A修饰在乳腺癌肿瘤微环境及代谢中的研究进展

摘要 N^(6)-甲基腺苷(m^(6)A)广泛存在于真核生物RNA中,其可动态调节体内RNA代谢,维持RNA的稳定性,进而影响肿瘤细胞的发生、转移及血管的生成,在肿瘤的发生发展中发挥关键作用。其中,乳腺癌相关的m^(6)A修饰主要受甲基转移酶、去甲基转移酶及m^(6)A结合蛋白共同调控,可介导乳腺癌的发生发展。m^(6)A修饰可影响肿瘤微环境,未来深入研究m^(6)A修饰在乳腺癌肿瘤微环境及代谢中的作用,可以为乳腺癌的治疗提供新的靶点。 N^(6)-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)is widely present in eukaryotic RNA,which can dynamically regulate RNA metabolism and maintain RNA stability in vivo,thus affecting the occurrence,metastasis,and angiogenesis of tumor cells,and has a key role in the development of tumors.Among them,breast cancer-related m^(6)A modification is mainly regulated by methyltransferase,demethylases,and m^(6)A binding protein,which can mediate the occurrence and development of breast cancer.m^(6)A modification can affect the tumor microenvironment,and future in-depth studies of the role of m^(6)A modification in the tumor microenvironment and metabolism of breast cancer can provide new targets for the treatment of breast cancer.
