摘要
以重庆市29个区、县为例,基于2011—2020年乡村社会经济发展数据,借助改进CRITIC算法从社会人口、社会生活、社会服务、社会文化4个维度构建乡村社会转型发展评价指标体系,测算乡村社会转型发展指数、乡村社会转型内部协调指数与乡村社会转型综合发展协调指数,进而分析重庆乡村社会转型时空演化过程及驱动因素,得出如下结论:(1)2011—2020年重庆市乡村社会转型趋势明显,在空间上表现为武隆区、黔江区、梁平区等区县乡村社会转型发展水平明显提升,平均转型发展指数从0.63提高到0.66,但全市整体乡村社会转型水平仍存在较大差距。(2)重庆市乡村社会转型指标各维度间协调度呈现出波动上升趋势。主城新区乡村社会转型内部协调度普遍高于渝东北、渝东南地区。各区县乡村社会转型发展水平差异较大,内部协调度聚类逐渐多样化。(3)重庆市乡村社会转型综合发展协调指数空间分异显著,高值区集中于主城新区,低值区主要集中在渝东南、渝东北地区,全市多数区县乡村社会综合发展协调度属于初级协调型。(4)政策引导、区位条件、资源禀赋、行为主体、经济能力、文化特质是重庆市乡村社会转型主要驱动因素。
Taking 29 districts and counties in Chongqing as an example,based on rural socio-economic development data from 2011 to 2020,using the improved CRITIC method to construct an evaluation index system of rural social transformation development from four dimensions:social population,social life,social services,and social culture,calculate the development index of rural social transformation,the internal coordination index of rural social transformation,and the comprehensive development coordination index of rural social transformation,to analyze the spatiotemporal evolution process and driving factors of rural social transformation in Chongqing,The following conclusions can be drawn:(1)From 2011 to 2020,the trend of rural social transformation in Chongqing was obvious,with the average transformation and development index rising from 0.63 to 0.66,showing a significant improvement in the spatial level of rural social transformation and development in districts and counties such as Wulong District,Qianjiang District,and Liangping District.However,there is a significant gap in the overall level of rural social transformation in Chongqing.(2)The coordination of rural social transformation indicators among various dimensions in Chongqing have wavelike increased.The internal coordination degree of rural social transformation in the main urban new area is generally higher than that in the northeast and southeast regions of Chongqing.The level of rural social transformation and development varies in each district and county,and the clustering of internal coordination is gradually diversified.(3)The spatial differentiation of the comprehensive development coordination index for rural social transformation in Chongqing is significant.High value areas are concentrated in the main urban new area,while low value areas are mainly concentrated in the southeast and northeast regions of Chongqing.The coordination degree of rural comprehensive development in most districts and counties of the city belongs to the moderate coordination t
