摘要
针对聚乙烯埋地燃气管道随管敷设的示踪线容易失效导致聚乙烯管道无法定位的现状,本文通过梳理我国标准规范对于聚乙烯埋地燃气管道示踪线安装和检测的相关规定,对燃气管道施工时示踪线安装存在的常见问题进行了总结,提出了加强示踪线安装质量的措施,并建议在聚乙烯燃气管道安装监检时增加示踪线的检验项目,尤其是增加示踪线的可探性检测项目,从而在源头上保证示踪线的安装敷设质量和长期有效性。
In response to the current situation that the tracer lines laid along polyethylene buried gas pipelines are prone to failure,resulting in the inability to locate polyethylene pipelines,this article summarizes the common problems in the installation of tracer lines during gas pipeline construction by sorting out the relevant provisions of Chinese standards and specifications for the installation and testing of tracer lines in polyethylene buried gas pipelines,and proposes measures to strengthen the installation quality of tracer lines,and it is recommended to add inspection items for the tracer line during the installation supervision of polyethylene gas pipelines,especially for the detectability of the tracer line,in order to ensure the installation and laying quality and long-term effectiveness of the tracer line at the source.
