摘要
目的 分析乳腺癌癌组织中微小RNA-124-3p(miR-124-3p)和表皮生长因子样结构域7(EGFL7)及其与人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的关系.方法 选择2021年11月-2022年11月海南医学院第二附属医院收治的乳腺癌患者60例为研究对象,所有患者均手术切除癌组织,并留取乳腺癌癌组织和距离癌组织边缘2 cm以上癌旁组织;检测癌组织、癌旁组织miR-124-3p、EGFL7、HPV阳性率.结果 与癌旁组织相比,癌组织中miR-124-3p阳性率较低,EGFL7、HPV阳性率较高(P<0.05);miR-124-3p与淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期、肿瘤直径、分化程度呈负相关,EGFL7、HPV与淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期、肿瘤直径、分化程度呈正相关(P<0.05);将年龄、月经状态、病理类型等因素控制后,miR-124-3p、EGFL7、HPV与淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期、肿瘤直径、分化程度相关(P<0.05);miR-124-3p表达与HPV感染呈负相关,EGFL7表达与HPV感染呈正相关(P<0.05).结论 乳腺癌患者癌组织中miR-124-3p呈低表达,EGFL7、HPV呈高表达,miR-124-3p、EGFL7与淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期、肿瘤直径、分化程度及HPV感染相关.
OBJECTIVE To analyze the expression of microRNA-124-3p(miR-124-3p)and epidermal growth factor like domain 7(EGFL7)in breast cancer tissues and their relationship with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.METHODS A total of 60 patients with breast cancer admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College from Nov.2021 to Nov.2022 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were treated with surgical resection of the cancerous tissues,and the breast cancerous tissues and paracancerous tissues more than 2 cm away from the edge of the cancerous tissues were retained.The positive rates of miR-124-3p,EGFL7 and HPV were detected in cancerous tissues and paracancerous tissues.RESULTS Compared with paracancerous tissues,the positive expression rate of miR-124-3p in cancerous tissues was lower,while the positive expression rates of EGFL7 and HPV were higher(P<0.05).MiR-124-3p was negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis,tumor stage,tumor diameter,and degree of differentiation,while EGFL7 and HPV were positively correlated with lymph node metastasis,tumor stage,tumor diameter,and degree of differentiation(P<0.05).After controlling for factors such as age,menstrual status,and pathological type,miR-124-3p,EGFL7,and HPV were correlated with lymph node metastasis,tumor stage,tumor diameter,and degree of differentiation(P<0.05).The expression of miR-124-3p was negatively correlated with HPV infection,while the expression of EGFL7 was positively correlated with HPV infection(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The miR-124-3p was lowly expressed,EGFL7 and HPV were highly expressed in cancer tissues of breast cancer patients.The levels of miR-124-3p and EGFL7 were associated with lymph node metastasis,tumor stage,tumor diameter,differentiation and HPV infection.
