高标准农田建设是农业规范化、现代化、产业化的重要环节,需要有完善的灌溉和排水设施作为有力支撑,开展高标准农田水利工程建设工作已然势在必行,此举有利于提高水资源利用率和农作物产量,保障粮食安全,保护生态环境。从高标准农田水利工程建设情况来看,在资金投入、规划设计、技术运用和施工管理等方面暴露出许多的问题,导致水利设施功能发挥受阻,使用寿命大幅缩短。对此,该文将探讨高标准农田水利工程建设的重要意义、现存问题和有效对策,仅供参考。
The construction of well-facilitated farmland is an important link in the standardization,modernization,and industrialization of agriculture.It requires strong support from sound irrigation and drainage facilities.It is imperative to carry out the construction of well-facilitated farmland water conservancy projects,which is conducive to improving water resource utilization and crop yield,ensuring food security,and protecting the ecological environment.From the perspective of the construction of well-facilitated farmland water conservancy projects,many problems have been exposed in terms of capital investment,planning and design,technology application,construction management,etc.,leading to obstacles in the functioning of water conservancy facilities and a significant reduction in their service life.In this regard,this paper will explore the important significance,existing problems,and effective countermeasures of well-facilitated farmland water conservancy engineering construction,for reference only.
