摘要
[目的/意义]网络舆情评判有助于发现隐藏的社会危机,快速聚焦公众最关心的话题,了解民众需求,平息民怨。[方法/过程]结合实际数据,借助模糊综合评价法,评估网络舆情突发热点事件的风险指数,描述其风险态势,通过比较风险指数前后变化可明确舆论引导效果。[结果/结论]第一,改进了以往研究中DEMATEL-ANP两模型联用的弊端,更为科学地评价指标权重。第二,基于模糊评判的原理,用实际传播数据形成模糊集后再解模糊化,较为精准地得出网络舆情突发热点事件的风险指数。第三,提出的研究方法形成的风险态势符合舆情事件实际舆论演变过程,且比较前后风险指数可以分析舆论引导主体的引导策略是否达到预期目标。
[Purpose/significance]Online public opinion evaluation helps to discover hidden social crises,quickly focus on the topics that the public care most,understand people’s needs,and quell public grievances.[Method/process]This paper combines actual data with the help of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to assess the risk index of hot events of online public opinion and describe their risk situation,and the effect of public opinion guidance can be clarified by comparing the before and after changes of risk index.[Result/conclusion]This study has the following threefold significance.Firstly,this paper improves the drawbacks of the joint use of the DEMATEL-ANP models in previous studies and evaluates the index weights more intuitively and scientifically.Secondly,this paper combines the actual communication data and forms a fuzzy set based on the principle of fuzzy evaluation and then performs defuzzification,which can more accurately derive the risk index of hot events of online public opinion.Thirdly,the risk situation formed by this method is consistent with the actual opinion evolution process of public opinion events,and comparing the risk index before and after can analyze whether the guidance strategies achieve the expected goal.
