摘要
避灾绿地布局合理性是居民生命财产安全的重要保证。通过实地调查采集了研究区内道路网络、现状绿地和集中居住用地分布情况,构建矢量数据库,基于GIS网络分析法分别从距离成本和时间成本评价了避灾绿地可达性。针对避灾绿地分布不均、服务范围不足的问题,利用位置分配中的最小化设施点数模型,以500、1000 m为阻抗中断计算布局优化结果,结果显示:以1000 m为阻抗更符合实际情况,需建设9处避灾绿地使研究区可达性达到较好等级,以利于研究区避灾绿地的合理布局,为城市避灾绿地建设提供参考和借鉴。
The rationality of the layout of disaster-avoidance green spaces is an important guarantee for the safety of residents'lives and property.This paper collects the distribution of road networks,current green spaces,and concentrated residential land within the research area through on-site investigation,constructs a vector database,and evaluates the accessibility of disaster avoidance green spaces based on distance cost and time cost using GIS network analysis.To address the issue of uneven distribution and insufficient service range of disaster avoidance green spaces,the layout optimization results are calculated using the minimum facility point model in location allocation,with impedance interruptions of 500m and 1000m.The results show that using 1000m as the impedance is more in line with the actual situation,and 9 disaster avoidance green spaces need to be constructed to achieve a relatively good level of accessibility in the research area,in order to facilitate the reasonable layout of disaster avoidance green spaces in the research area and provide a reference value for the construction of urban disaster avoidance green spaces.
