摘要
目的对影响江苏省某麻醉专业住院医师规范化培训基地学员满意度和培训效果的因素进行研究并提出相应对策。方法2018年8月—2021年12月,向南京鼓楼医院麻醉住培基地参与住培的100名住院医师及专硕研究生,发放自制线上问卷,分析学员对住院医师规范化培训现状的满意度。结果调查发放线上问卷100份,最终收回94份,有效回收率为94%,其中住院医师规范化培训学员48名,“四证合一”专业型硕士46名。学员总体满意度为(4.42±0.85)分。轮转安排、教学活动安排、临床带教质量及内容、福利待遇等与总体满意度呈正相关(r>0,P<0.01)。结论住培基地合理安排住培轮转、加强师资队伍建设、提高教学活动及临床带教质量、改善学员福利待遇可以提升学员满意度,有效提升整体培训效果。
Objective To understand the status quo of the satsfaction and training effectiveness with students in standardized training of residents in anesthesiology,and to propose corresponding countermeasures.Methods From August 2018 to December 2021,a self-made online questionnaire was distributed to 100 resident physicians and master's students participating in the anesthesia residential training base of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital to analyze their satisfaction with the current status of standardized training for resident physicians.Results A total of 94 out of 100 online questionnaires were eventually returned,with an effective recovery rate of 94%,including 48 resident standardized training students,46 professional masters.The overall satisfaction of the students was(4.42±0.85)points.Spearman Rank correlation analysis showed that the rotation arrangement,teaching activity arrangement,clinical teaching quality and content,welfare and other treatment were positively correlated with the overall satisfaction(r>0,P<0.01).Conclusion The residential training base reasonably arranges the rotation of residential training,strengthening the construction of teachers,improving the quality of teaching activities and clinical teaching,and improving the welfare of students can enhance the satisfaction of students and effectively improve the overall training effect.
