摘要 甲状腺微小乳头状癌(PTMC)是甲状腺癌主要类型,随着诊疗技术的发展,使PTMC检出率明显升高。经临床实践表明PTMC的恶性程度较低,总体预后效果较好,但也有研究认为PTMC一旦确诊则存在区域淋巴结转移或肿瘤细胞远处转移,预后差、总体生存率较低。因此需要早期诊断,及早发现是否存在肿瘤细胞转移或淋巴结转移,以为临床治疗提供参考信息。其中超声是临床诊断甲状腺癌的主要手段,现为了提高PTMC诊断准确性,本研究就对多模态超声诊断技术对PTMC的诊断价值及优势进行简单综述。 Micropapillary thyroid cancer(PTMC)is the main type of thyroid cancer,and the development of diagnostic and therapeutic techniques has led to a significant increase in the detection rate of PTMC.Clinical practice has shown that PTMC is less malignant and has a better overall prognosis,but it has also been reported in the literature that once PTMC is diagnosed there is regional lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis of tumor cells,which results in a poor prognosis and a lower overall survival rate.Therefore,early diagnosis,early detection of the presence of tumor cell metastasis or lymph node metastasis,and provide reference information for clinical treatment,in which ultrasound is the main means of clinical diagnosis of thyroid cancer.In order to improve the diagnostic accuracy of PTMC,the study provides a brief review of the diagnostic value and advantages of multimodal ultrasound diagnostic techniques for PTMC.
