摘要
目的:分析水痘性肺炎的多层螺旋CT影像学表现及其诊断价值。方法:抽取2014年12月至2022年9月收治的水痘性肺炎患者74例,均进行胸部平片和多层螺旋CT检查。比较多层螺旋CT和胸部平片对水痘性肺炎的阳性检出率;统计分析水痘性肺炎患者多层螺旋CT特点和动态改变情况。结果:74例水痘性肺炎患者中,多层螺旋CT阳性检出率(91.89%,68/74)高于胸部平片(55.41%,41/74),P<0.05。水痘性肺炎患者的CT表现多为双肺多发小结节,直径2~10 mm,双侧腋窝淋巴结增多增大;经积极治疗后复查可见小结节影吸收情况明显改善,但双侧腋窝淋巴结无明显变化。结论:水痘性肺炎患者多层螺旋CT表现有一定的影像学特点,其对水痘性肺炎的阳性检出率较高。
Objective To analyze imaging findings of multi-slice spiral computed tomography(CT)of varicella pneumonia and its diagnostic value.Methods A total of 74 patients with varicella pneumonia from December 2014 to September 2022 were selected,all the patients underwent chest X-ray film and multi-slice spiral CT examinations.The positive detection rate of multi-slice spiral CT and chest X-ray film in diagnosis of varicella pneumonia were compared.The characteristics and dynamic changes of varicella pneumonia in multi-slice spiral CT were counted.Results Among the 74 patients with varicella pneumonia,the positive detection rate of multi-slice spiral CT(91.89%,68/74)was higher than that of chest plain film(55.41%,41/74),P<0.05.In patients with varicella pneumonia,multi-slice spiral CT displayed multiple small nodules in both lungs,with a diameter of 2-10 mm,and showed that bilateral axillary lymph nodes increased and enlarged.After active treatment,re-examination showed that the absorption of small nodules was significantly improved,but there was no significant change in bilateral axillary lymph nodes.Conclusions Varicella pneumonia has some features in multi-slice spiral CT imaging,and the positive rate of varicella pneumonia detected by multi-slice spiral CT is higher.
