摘要
据广西壮族自治区审计厅的一份审计报告披露,广西9所本科院校科技成果市场转化率低,有一所高校实施科研项目862个,实现成果转化0个。这表明地方本科院校的科研定位、科研导向均存在需要反思的问题。地方本科院校要明确坚持应用研究的科研定位,扭转唯项目、唯论文导向,重视科技成果转化,建立专业化的科技成果转化机制。
As disclosed in the audit report issued by Audit Office of Guangxi Zhang Autonomous Region that 9 undergraduate universities in Guangxi are low in market conversion rate of scientific achievements,among which one university implements 862 scientific research projects but has zero achievement transformation.It demonstrates that we need to reflect upon the problems existing in the scientific research positioning and orientation of local undergraduate universities.This paper proposes that local undergraduate universities should adhere explicitly to the positioning of applied scientific research,reverse the project-only and thesis-only orientation,put emphasis on the transformation of scientific achievements,as well as establish a professional mechanism for transformation of scientific achievements.
