摘要 床垫支撑稳定性对人体睡眠健康有着较为重要的作用,是衡量床垫性能的一个较为重要指标,目前关于该指标的研究比较少。为了得到评价床垫支撑稳定性的科学方法,通过研究让床垫长时间维持在恒定变形值以及对床垫持续施加一个恒定的压力,获取不同材质的床垫在此时间的应力松弛及蠕变变化曲线,分析其变化情况,建立曲线的数学模型,利用数学模型计算出不同时间点的应力松弛与蠕变变化值和其变化比例,根据计算结果来建立支撑稳定性的评价方法。不同材料的床垫在受压的过程中均有不同程度的应力松弛及蠕变变化,聚氨酯类材料的应力松弛及蠕变值最大,植物纤维与天然乳胶类的应力松弛与蠕变值比较小;床垫材料的蠕变值与材料的硬度以及材料本身的属性有比较大的关系,材料越硬,蠕变值越小,聚氨酯材料含量越大,蠕变比例越大。 As an important indicator to measure the performance of mattresses,mattress's support stability plays an important role in human sleeping health.At present,the research on this factor is less comparatively.In order to obtain a scientific method for evaluating the support stability of mattress,the mattress was kept at a constant deformation value for a long time by applying a constant pressure on it.The value of the stress relaxation and creep change can be continuously measured during this period.The related data was collected to establish a mathematical model with an aim to compare the actual measurement value with the mathematical model calculation value.The results show that the stress relaxation and creep values of mattresses made of different materials vary in different degrees during compression.The stress relaxation and creep values of polyurethane materials are the largest,while plant fibers and natural latex are relatively small.The creep value of the mattress material has a great relationship with the hardness of the material and the properties of the material itself.The harder the material,the smaller creep value,and the greater the content of polyurethane material,the greater creep proportion.
