长链非编码RNA牛磺酸上调基因1与妇科恶性肿瘤关系的研究进展

摘要 长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)牛磺酸上调基因1(TUG1)在多种恶性肿瘤中具有差异性表达,可通过复杂的作用机制影响肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭和细胞周期进展,还可介导肿瘤细胞对化疗的耐药性以及对放疗的抵抗性。lncRNA TUG1主要在宫颈癌、卵巢癌和子宫内膜癌组织中高表达,与患者不良临床病理学特征和较差的预后均密切相关。同时,lncRNA TUG1高表达在妇科恶性肿瘤中也具有显著的诊断效能和疗效评估能力。因此,未来深入研究lncRNA TUG1在妇科恶性肿瘤中的作用机制,有助于探讨新型生物标志物lncRNA TUG1在妇科恶性肿瘤早期筛查、辅助诊断、靶向治疗、治疗反应评估和预后预测中的应用价值。 Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)taurine-upregulated gene 1(TUG1)is differentially expressed in a variety of malignant tumors,which can affect the proliferation,migration,invasion,and cell cycle progression of tumor cells through complex mechanisms,and also mediate the resistance of tumor cells to chemotherapy and radiotherapy.LncRNA TUG1 is highly expressed in cervical cancer,ovarian cancer,and endometrial cancer,which is closely related to poor clinicopathological features and poor prognosis of the patients.At the same time,the high expression of lncRNA TUG1 also shows significant diagnostic efficiency and has efficacy evaluation ability in the patients with malignant gynecological tumors.Therefore,in the future,in-depth study of the mechanism of lncRNA TUG1 in the pathogenesis of gynecological malignancies will help to explore the applicative value of the new biomarker lncRNA TUG1 in early screening,auxiliary diagnosis,targeted therapy,treatment response evaluation,and prognosis prediction of malignant gynecological tumors.
