摘要
肝脏疾病是临床常见的慢性病之一,如果不及时加以预防、诊断和治疗,最终可能导致肝硬化和肝癌。人体内源性非编码微RNA(miRNA/miR)-223被发现参与各种肝病类型的病理过程,在酒精性肝病、非酒精性脂肪性肝病、肝纤维化和肝癌等慢性肝病发生和进展过程中起关键作用,其发挥保肝作用的机制涉及相关信号通路的调控、关键蛋白分子的表达、炎症反应、细胞自噬等。中药可通过调控miR-223治疗肝脏疾病,其具有多环节、多途径、多靶点的作用特点,有广泛的临床应用前景,中药调控miR-223抗肝脏疾病可能是未来研究中药抗肝脏疾病分子机制的切入点。
Liver disease is one of the common chronic diseases in clinic.If it is not prevented,diagnosed and treated in time,it may eventually lead to liver cirrhosis and liver cancer.Human endogenous non-coding microRNA(miRNA/miR)-223 has been found to be involved in the pathological process of various types of liver disease,and plays a key role in the occurrence and progression of chronic liver diseases such as alcoholic liver disease,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,liver fibrosis and liver cancer.The mechanism of its hepatoprotective effect involves the regulation of related signaling pathways,the expression of key protein molecules,inflammatory reaction,autophagy and so on.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)can treat liver diseases by regulating miR-223,which has the multi-link,multi-pathway and multi-target characteristics,and has a wide application prospect in the future clinical application.The regulation of miR-223 by TCM against liver diseases may be the breakthrough point for the future study of the molecular mechanism of TCM against liver diseases.
