压力超负荷心肌肥厚中非心肌细胞的作用

摘要 压力超负荷心肌肥厚是由各种因素导致的心室壁厚度增加、炎症细胞浸润,如果不能及时有效控制,最终可能会发展为心力衰竭,严重影响患者的生命健康。心脏中非心肌细胞包括内皮细胞、成纤维细胞、巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞、肥大细胞、不变自然杀伤T细胞等,其通过释放各种细胞因子(如白细胞介素、肿瘤坏死因子、血小板应答蛋白)直接或间接作用于心肌细胞,促进或抑制心肌肥厚的发展。因此,阐明心脏中复杂而动态的细胞间的相互作用及相关分子机制,对于寻找治疗心肌肥厚的新靶点具有重要意义。 Cardiac hypertrophy induced by pressure overload is caused by various of factors resulting in heart wall thickness increase,inflammatory cell infiltration,which may eventually developing into heart failure,seriously affecting the patient′s life and health if timely control cannot be done.Non-cardiomyocytes consist of endothelial cells,fibroblasts,macrophages,neutrophil,mast cells,and invariant natural killer T cells etc.,which release various cytokines such as interleukin,tumor necrosis factors,and platelet response protein etc.,directly or indirectly act on cardiomyocytes,promote or inhibit the development of cardiac hypertrophy.Therefore,it is of great significance to clarify the complex and dynamic actions between cells and related molecular mechanisms in the heart for finding new targets for the treatment of cardiac hypertrophy.
