原发胃肠道淋巴瘤的影像学诊断研究进展

摘要 原发胃肠道淋巴瘤是少见的恶性肿瘤,病理类型多且临床表现无特异性,易漏诊及误诊.合理利用影像学检查手段,有利于胃肠道淋巴瘤的早期诊断、临床分型和疗效评估.文章旨在围绕超声、CT、磁共振成像(MRI)及正电子发射计算机断层显像(PET-CT)在胃肠道淋巴瘤中的应用、进展进行综述,为临床诊治提供参考.每种影像学检查手段都有优势,但也有其局限性.超声、CT、MRI、PET-CT都可以用于淋巴瘤的诊疗,多种检查方法的联合分析有助于提高原发胃肠道淋巴瘤的诊断准确率. Primary gastrointestinal lymphoma is a rare malignancy with multiple pathological types and non-specific clinical presentation,making it easy to be missed or misdiagnosed.The proper use of imaging is beneficial for the early diagnosis,clinical staging and assessment of the efficacy of gastrointestinal lymphoma.The purpose of this article is to review the application and progress of ultrasound,computed tomography(CT),magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and positron emission tomography computed tomography(PET-CT)in gastrointestinal lymphoma and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Each imaging has its advantages and limitations.Both ultrasound,CT,MRI and PET-CT can be used in the management of lymphoma,and combining analysis can help improve the diagnostic accuracy rate for primary gastrointestinal lymphoma.
