摘要
特种设备安全是公共安全的基本防线,电梯作为人民群众使用最为广泛的特种设备之一,其安全平稳运行是社会的强烈需求。本文立足欧盟法规,梳理了与电梯安全相关的技术法规、标准,分别以时间轴和甘特图的方式列出其历史发展脉络,并基于此提出其未来发展方向,以期为国内电梯行业标准化工作提供借鉴。
The safety of special equipment is the basic defense line of public safety.As one of the most widely used special equipment by people,the safe and stable operation of lift is a strong demand of society.Based on EU regulations,this paper sorts out the technical regulations and standards related to lift safety,delineates its historical development in the form of a timeline and a Gantt chart,and analyzes the development trend,in order to provide reference for standardization work of the domestic lift industry.
