摘要
针对现有技术不能同步实时渗漏检测、防渗效果不能得到长久保障等问题,设计一种多道灌注及实时检漏的多功能竖直套管,适用于民用建筑穿楼板预留孔洞的给排水等管道的安装,可提高竖直管道预留孔洞的封堵质量,具有抗渗透性、实时检漏、安装便捷、功能性强等优点.利用SolidWorks软件对竖直管道进行三维建模,借助Ansys Workbench软件,采用有限元方法对竖直管道进行静力学分析、模态分析和动力学分析,结果表明该竖直管道支承方式合理且具有较好的隔振效果.
This paper briefly introduces the construction technology of poly-functional vertical casing with multi-channel grouting and real-time leak detection.This process is applicable to the installation of water supply and drainage pipes through the reserved holes in the floor slab of civil buildings.It improves the sealing quality of the reserved holes in the vertical pipes,solves the problems that the existing technology cannot timely and synchronously detect the leakage,and the anti-seepage effect cannot be guaranteed for a long time.It has many advantages,such as strong impermeability,real-time leakage detection,convenient installation,and strong functionality.In parallel,a three-dimensional model of the vertical pipeline is created using the SolidWorks program.The vertical pipeline s static,modal,and dynamic analyses are performed using the finite element method with the aid of the Ansys Workbench software.The outcomes demonstrate the reasonable support mode and effective vibration isolation of the vertical pipeline.
