摘要
为实现蒸馏茶酒废渣(茶酒糟)的资源化利用,提高从茶酒糟提取得到的茶多酚纯度,研究以树脂对茶多酚的吸附率与洗脱率为评价指标,通过树脂静态吸附、洗脱茶多酚粗提液,试验6种不同极性的大孔树脂对茶多酚的吸附、洗脱效果,筛选得到最优吸附树脂为D101A大孔树脂;通过设置不同单因素试验和正交优化试验得到树脂吸附茶多酚最佳参数为:吸附剂用量为7.0 g、溶液pH 6.0、吸附温度为60℃、吸附时间105 min,在此条件下,得到树脂最佳吸附率为86.73%,经洗脱、浓缩后得到的茶多酚样品纯度为75.36%。在此基础上,对纯化后的茶多酚进行抗氧化及稳定性研究,试验表明,纯化后的茶多酚抗氧化和稳定性能均较好。研究可为从茶酒糟中提取、纯化茶多酚及其应用研究提供理论参考。
In order to realize the resource utilization of distilled tea wine waste residue(tea lees)and improve the purity of tea polyphenols extracted from tea lees,the adsorption and elution rates of resins on tea polyphenols were selected as evaluation indexes.The adsorption and elution effects of six different polar macroporous resins on tea polyphenols were tested by static adsorption and elution of crude extract of tea polyphenols.The optimal adsorption resin was D101A macroporous resin.With single factor tests and orthogonal optimization tests,the optimal parameters of resin adsorption of tea polyphenols were as follows:adsorbent dosage of 7.0 g,solution pH 6.0,adsorption temperature of 60℃ and adsorption time of 105 min.Under these conditions,the optimal resin adsorption rate was 86.73%.and the purity of tea polyphenols was 75.36% after elution and concentration.On this basis,the antioxidant and stability of purified tea polyphenols were studied,and the results showed that the antioxidant and stability of purified tea polyphenols were good.This study provides theoretical reference for the extraction and purification of tea polyphenols from tea lees and its application.
