农村中小学心理教师专业发展困境及出路 被引量:1

摘要 农村中小学心理健康教育师资队伍目前呈日益壮大之势,但也遭遇了专业发展中的瓶颈,诸如心理教师中存在着“一校一人”的孤独感、“功底不深”的无力感、“角色模糊”的怀疑感等共性问题。地方教研部门可通过构建“教师学习共同体+O2O联动教研+教师专业规划”的复合型教研模式来革新教师专业发展路径,提升教师综合素养,使心理健康教育形成良性循环的发展态势。
