LiF-YbF_(3)-Yb_(2)O_(3)熔盐及Ni-Yb合金粘度性质研究

Investigation on Viscosity Matching of LiF-YbF_(3)-Yb_(2)O_(3) Molten Salt and Ni-Yb Alloy

摘要 在熔盐电解制备Ni-Yb合金过程中,掌握LiF-YbF_(3)-Yb_(2)O_(3)熔融盐体系的粘度性质是优化系统和结构解析的关键之一。本文采用等温饱和法确定Yb_(2)O_(3)溶解度,利用旋转法测定温度1173~1473 K范围内LiF-YbF_(3)-Yb_(2)O_(3)体系粘度并分析其变化规律,确定其计算模型,通过优化的数学模型估算Ni-Yb合金的粘度值,并确定与LiF-YbF_(3)-Yb_(2)O_(3)体系匹配性;结果表明:1173~1473 K范围内Yb_(2)O_(3)在LiF-YbF_(3)中的溶解度约为2.5%~3.05%;随温度升高,LiF-YbF_(3)-Yb_(2)O_(3)体系的粘度非线性降低;随Yb_(2)O_(3)的浓度提高,LiF-YbF_(3)-Yb_(2)O_(3)体系的粘度非线性升高;不同配比的熔融Yb-Ni合金粘度均小于LiF-YbF_(3)-Yb_(2)O_(3)熔盐体系的平均粘度(2.2 m Pa·s);当Yb含量为80%或0~10%(摩尔分数)范围内的Yb-Ni合金的粘度值较低,液态合金容易与LiF-YbF_(3)-Yb_(2)O_(3)熔盐分离。 In the process of preparing Ni-Yb alloy by molten salt electrolysis,the viscosity property of LiF-YbF_(3)-Yb_(2)O_(3) molten salt system is one of the keys to optimize the system and structural analysis.The solubility of Yb_(2)O_(3) was measured by isothermal saturation method,and the viscosity of LiF-YbF_(3)-Yb_(2)O_(3) system in the temper⁃ature range of 1173-1473 K was measured by rotation method.The variation law was analyzed and the calcula⁃tion model was determined.The viscosity of Ni-Yb alloy was estimated through the optimized mathematical mod⁃el,and the matching with the viscosity of LiF-YbF_(3)-Yb_(2)O_(3) system was analyzed.The results show that the solu⁃bility of Yb 2 O 3 in LiF-YbF_(3) is about 2.5%-3.05% in the range of 1173-1473 K.The viscosity of LiF-YbF_(3)-Yb_(2)O_(3) system decreases nonlinearly with the increase of temperature and increases nonlinearly with the increase of Yb_(2)O_(3) concentration.The viscosity of liquid Yb-Ni alloy with different ratio is less than the average viscosity of LiF-YbF_(3)-Yb_(2)O_(3) molten salt system(2.2 mPa·s).The viscosity of Yb-Ni alloy with Yb content in the range of 80% or 0-10%(mole fraction)is relatively low,and the liquid alloy is flexible to separate from LiF-YbF_(3)-Yb_(2)O_(3) molten salt.
