摘要 面对城市高质量发展、水环境治理的需求,污水处理需要更加智慧、高效的控制,达到精准治污。本文以广州市某一地下污水处理厂作为智慧控制系统示范点,在关键环节引入模糊控制、AI视频分析等先进控制技术,对过程水质监控、智能加药、精准曝气、设备预防性维护等关键技术进行深入研究,着力解决智慧化控制技术的基础问题,实现提质增效、节能降耗,为现代化智慧污水厂的实现提供思路和方向。 With the demand of high-quality urban development and water environment management,sewage treatment needs more intelligent and efficient control to achieve accurate pollution control.In this paper,an underground sewage treatment plant in Guangzhou is taken as a demonstration site of intelligent control system.Advanced control technologies such as fuzzy control and AI video analysis are introduced in key links,and key technologies such as process water quality monitoring,intelligent dosing,precise aeration and preventive maintenance of equipment are deeply studied,so as to solve the basic problems of intelligent control technology,improve quality and efficiency,save energy and reduce consumption,and provide ideas and directions for the realization of modern intelligent sewage plant.
