铝胁迫对福建柏幼苗的生长及生理指标的影响

摘要 以南平森科种苗有限公司提供的一年生福建柏幼苗为试验材料,研究不同含量铝胁迫对福建柏幼苗的形态特征、抗氧化酶活性和光合指标的影响,并采用隶属函数法对不同含量铝胁迫下福建柏幼苗的生长及生理指标进行综合评价。结果表明:(1)不同含量铝胁迫对福建柏幼苗的形态具有显著影响,铝质量分数为0.1 g·kg^(-1)时福建柏幼苗的株高最大,为61.59 cm,比对照提高4.4%;株高随着铝含量的提高而下降。在铝质量分数为0~0.4 g·kg^(-1)时福建柏幼苗的生物量与对照无显著差异;福建柏幼苗生物量随着铝含量的提高而下降,比对照下降8.9%~13.9%;地径则随着铝含量的升高而下降(不显著)。(2)不同含量铝胁迫下福建柏幼苗的生理指标的变化趋势不一致,铝质量分数为0.1 g·kg^(-1)时福建柏幼苗的抗氧化酶活性、叶绿素含量、净光合速率均达到最大值;当铝质量分数大于0.2 g·kg^(-1)时,福建柏幼苗的超氧化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性、叶绿素含量、净光合速率均随着铝含量的提高而降低;在不同含量铝胁迫3、6、9个月后过氧化氢酶含量均随着铝含量的升高呈先上升后下降的趋势,在铝质量分数为0.4 g·kg^(-1)时均达到最大值,分别比对照提高171.2%、167.7%、141.0%。低含量铝胁迫能促进福建柏幼苗的生长,高含量铝胁迫会抑制福建柏幼苗的生长,其抑制作用随着铝含量的提高而增强。运用隶属函数法对福建柏幼苗的生长、生理指标进行综合评价,结果表明最适合福建柏生长的铝质量分数为0.1 g·kg^(-1)。 The effects of aluminum(Al)on the morphological characteristics,antioxidant enzyme activity and photosynthetic index of Fokienia hodginsii seedlings were investigated using 1⁃year⁃old seedlings provided by Nanping Senke Seedling Limited Company.Subordinate function analysis was further performed to evaluate the comprehensive growth performance of F.hodginsii seedlings grown under the stress of different levels of Al.The results showed that Al stress significantly affected the morphology of F.hodginsii seed⁃lings,resulted in a mostly enhanced seedling height at 61.59 cm when Al was applied at 0.1 g·kg^(-1),up by 4.4%compared with the control;while seedling height showed a downward trend with the increase of Al application rates.There was no significant differ⁃ence on seedling biomass between the treatment groups and the control when Al was applied at 0-0.4 g·kg^(-1).With the increase of Al application rate,seedling biomass was down by 8.9%-13.9%compared with the control.Ground diameter was decreased insignif⁃icantly with the increase of Al level.(2)The physiological indexes of F.hodginsii seedlings demonstrated different variation trends under different levels of Al.The antioxidant enzyme activities,total chlorophyll and net photosynthetic rate of F.hodginsii seedlings were increased significantly when Al was applied at 0.1 g·kg^(-1).When Al treatment was greater to 0.2 g·kg^(-1),the activities of su⁃peroxidase and peroxidase,total chlorophyll and net photosynthetic rate of F.hodginsii seedlings were inhibited,and the inhibitory effects were aggravated when Al was applied at higher rates.The catalase activity was increased firstly in the 3rd and 9th month of Al stress,and decreased in the 6th month,and the greatest increases were realized when Al was applied at 0.4 g·kg^(-1),up by 171.2%,167.7%and 141.0%,respectively.To summarize,Al applied at low rate can boost the growth of F.hodginsii seedling,while high application rates of Al inhibited the growth,and the inhibitory effect was aggravated with
