摘要
目的探讨肺动脉高压(PH)患者血清CXC趋化因子配体14(CXCL14)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)和血尿酸水平与病情严重程度的关系。方法回顾性分析2020年8月—2022年8月本院109例PH患者临床资料,另选42例同期健康体检者,分为研究组、健康对照组。检测比较2组血清CXCL14、GGT和血尿酸水平,参照PH临床诊断及分级标准分将研究组患者分为轻度PH组(n=32)、中度PH组(n=49)、高度PH组(n=28),评估PH病情严重程度与各指标之间关系。结果研究组血清CXCL14、GGT和血尿酸水平高于健康对照组(P<0.05);高度PH患者血清CXCL14、GGT和血尿酸水平高于中度、轻度PH组,中度PH组血清CXCL14、GGT和血尿酸水平高于轻度PH组(P<0.05);高度PH组肺动脉舒张压、收缩压及平均压水平高于中度、轻度PH组,中度PH组肺动脉舒张压、收缩压及平均压水平高于轻度PH组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清CXCL14、GGT和血尿酸水平与PH患者病情严重程度具有相关性,随着上述血清指标水平升高,PH患者病情程度加重。
Objective This paper aims to investigate the relationship between the serum levels of CXC chemokine ligand 14(CXCL14),γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT)and uric acid and the severity of pulmonary hypertension(PH).Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 109 patients with PH in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2022.Another 42 patients with physical examination in the same period were selected and divided into study group and control group.The serum levels of CXCL14,GGT and blood uric acid in the two groups were detected and compared.The patients in the study group were divided into mild PH group(n=32),moderate PH group(n=49),and high PH group(n=28)according to the clinical diagnosis and grading criteria of PH.The relationship between the severity of PH and various indi⁃cators was evaluated.Results The serum levels of CXCL14,GGT and uric acid in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of CXCL14,GGT and uric acid in high PH group were higher than those in moderate PH group and mild PH group,and the serum levels of CXCL14,GGT and uric acid in moderate PH group were higher than those in mild PH group(P<0.05).The levels of pulmonary artery diastolic pressure,systolic pressure and mean pressure in high PH group were higher than those in moderate PH group and mild PH group,and the levels of pulmonary artery diastolic pressure,systolic pressure and mean pressure in moderate PH group were higher than those in mild PH group,with the differ⁃ences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of CXCL14,GGT and uric acid are correlated with the severity of PH patients.With the increase of the above serum indicators,the severity of PH patients becomes worse.
