摘要
产业振兴是巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果的根本之策,不仅是农民增收、实现脱贫的现实基础,而且是巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果、实现稳定脱贫和持续增收的长效措施,可有效助力乡村振兴,让广大农民深度融入现代产业链、价值链,实现利益联结。本文基于毕节试验区在推进乡村振兴进程中猕猴桃产业发展现状和实效,分析存在问题与不足,并从政府层面提出了解决当前存在问题可以采取的政策建议,以期为毕节试验区猕猴桃产业发展提供参考。
Industrial revitalization is the fundamental strategy to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation.It is not only the practical foundation for farmers to increase their income and achieve poverty alleviation,but also a long-term measure to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation,achieve stable poverty alleviation and sustainable income growth.It can effectively assist rural revitalization,deeply integrate farmers into the modern industrial chain value chain,and achieve interest linkage.This article is based on the current situation and effectiveness of kiwi fruit industry development in Bijie experimental zone in promoting rural revitalization,analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings,and proposes policy recommendations at the government level to address the current problems,in order to provide reference for the development of kiwifruit industry in Bijie experimental zone.
