摘要
目的:评估健康教育和行为干预对景德镇市布鲁氏菌病(简称:布病)防控的效果。方法:选择景德镇市4个乡镇布病重点职业人群作为干预对象,开展为期1年的健康教育和行为干预,干预前后分别随机抽取200名布病重点职业人群进行布病防治知识和行为习惯的问卷调查,将调查数据进行统计分析。结果:教育前,布病传染源知识的平均知晓率为65.8%,教育后为83.5%,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教育前,布病感染知识平均知晓率为63.8%,教育后为86.8%,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康行为平均形成率干预前为70.5%,干预后为86.9%,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对布病重点职业人群进行发放布病宣传单、张贴宣传画、健康教育讲座等健康教育和发放干预包、防护手套、口罩等行为干预,可以显著提高其对布病防治知识知晓率和健康行为形成率,促使其加强自我防病意识,逐渐形成健康的生产、生活方式,可以有效预防控制布病发生。
Objective To evaluate the effect of health education and behavioral intervention,and to explore the effective measures for prevention and control of brucellosis.Methods One-year health education and behavioral intervention were carried out among key occupational groups of brucellosis in four towns of Jingdezhen,before and after the intervention,200 key occupational groups were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire survey on the knowledge and behavior of brucellosis prevention and control,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results The average awareness rate of common knowledge about infectious agents of brucellosis was 65.8%before the intervention and 83.5%after the intervention.The difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05);The average awareness rate of common sense of brucellosis infection was 63.8%before intervention and 86.8%after intervention,with a statistically significant difference between the two(P<0.05).The average rate of healthy behavior formation was 70.5%before intervention and 86.9%after intervention.The difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of healthy behavior formation was significantly improved after intervention.Conclusions Through the health education intervention measures such as distributing brochures,posting posters and health education lectures to the key occupational groups,and the behavioral intervention measures such as distributing intervention packs,protective gloves and masks to the breeding personnel of the key occupational groups,the awareness rate of the knowledge of the prevention and control of brucellosis and the formation rate of healthy behaviors of the key occupational groups can be significantly improved,and the key occupational groups can be urged to strengthen their awareness of disease prevention and gradually form a healthy production lifestyle can effectively prevent and control the occurrence of brucellosis.
